New EP, Vinyl "Stranded", BT, Matthew Ryan.
Hi. We have music ready for a new EP. It's currently being mixed and mastered, and we're working really hard to meet our deadlines so we can release it in mid-December. The timing of the release is really important to us, so we're going to do everything we can to make it happen. More to come soon...
The Nashville Flood meant having to go through and move a lot of stuff. I had to throw out my hammock, the one that I'd listen to our demos in at night and the thing that inspired the band name, and I realized that I have far too many books and finally had to let some go. But some good news is that we found "Stranded Under Endless Sky" EP vinyl.
These vinyl copies of the EP are signed and the immediate download (FLAC, ALAC, or MP3) that comes with the purchase includes an unreleased song called "Sora" that we recorded in 2006 during the "Raising..." sessions. We only have 120 of them, one copy per order please, and they're $12.50 exclusively from the Hammock Music Store.
BT got in touch with us earlier this year and asked if we would do a remix of his song "Every Other Way"
on his album of the same name, which we did (our first-ever). It's actually called a "re-interpretation" on the album, which is probably more accurate. We have also been collaborating with one of our favorite artists, Matthew Ryan, and recently completed a song for his next album and hope to make a whole record together. We're also in the early stages of a couple of other collaborations that we're really excited about and will share with you as soon as they get more specific.
